Zumba Gold is a fabulous fun fitness program based on exciting Latin and international dance styles.

Zumba Gold is intended for active older adults, Zumba beginners, fitness newbies, and other people that may need modified exercises at lower intensity.

This is a 1 hour class

Opening hours:

Wednesdays

• 9:30am to 10:30am

Programs are run on NSW school term dates only and do not run on public holidays.

Cost:

$52 per term.
All participants over 65 years must have a Social Support Group referral code from my aged care.

Target age:

55 Plus

Languages spoken other than English:

Spanish

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Open to all people over 55 years old. These classes can be done seated or standing according to your physical ability.

Special requirements or conditions:

Wear covered shoes, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
