Program details

This Tai Chi class is designed for people with arthritis but is suitable for everyone. It is an excellent option for older adults. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that can improve balance and is easy for any level of fitness.

Led by a trained volunteer, these classes are ideal for beginners or people who have done Tai Chi before.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Please check with your GP if you have recently been diagnosed with or experienced any circulatory, musculoskeletal or respiratory problems/conditions

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants need to wear comfortable clothing, well fitting flat soled shoes and bring a bottle of water.
