Program details

Gentle exercise for women over 50. Suitable for beginners

A 30 minute class is for those who are able to exercise with the support of a chair. Each class includes mobility to music; dumbbells & bands for strength; finishing with gentle stretching. 

Opening hours:

Mondays

  • 11:30am to 12:00pm

Classes run during school terms only

Cost:

$5.00 per class/visit

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants may be seated or standing.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring weights, exercise band and mat, or you can borrow from the instructor.

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Accredited
