Program details

Keep fit for seniors exercise class for women over 50.

A 60 minute on-your-feet class with low impact cardio exercises to music; dumbbells for strength; stretching for flexibility, complete with a short relaxation at the end. 

Opening hours:

Mondays

  • 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Classes run during school terms only

Cost:

$7.50 per class/visit
If you are attending both Gentle Exercise and Keep Fit for Seniors: $10 for both classes

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Good mobility is required.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring weights, exercise band and mat is available, or you borrow from the instructor.

Minimum experience:

Intermediate

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Accredited
