Our ladies only group class.

Our specialised ladies only group program-based gym classes are built and designed around your specific needs. This class runs for 1 hour in a small group environment.

This class is run by a Physiotherapist where an assessment is completed prior to commencing the class, so we can ensure you are working towards your needs and goals in life, to ensure you are building strength, balance and mobility.

• 11:00am to 12:00pm

Cost:

Initial Assessment $105
$40 per class - 1 hour sessions
All claimable via your health fund provided you have Extra Cover

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

This program would not be suitable for patients with dementia

Special requirements or conditions:

Patients should wear something comfortable, appropriate footwear for a gym environment and please bring water
