Program details

Our Maintenance programs are designed for patients who have already been attending our hydrotherapy group classes with our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists.

These classes will not be managed by staff in the hydrotherapy pool, and you will continue to work with your program at your own pace.

Cost:

$20 for 30 minute session
$25 for 45 minute session

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Patients must complete hydrotherapy classes in our group setting prior to moving to our Maintenace program

Special requirements or conditions:

Patients are required to wear swimwear and provide their own towel
All patients must shower on the pool deck prior to entering the pool, and on exit
