Mat Pilates

1. Focus on core strength and flexibility
2. Body-weight exercises
3. Light weights
4. Resistance bands

Reformer Pilates

1. Reformer machine for a challenging and versatile workout
2. Up to 6 participants per class

Clinical Pilates

1. Program designed and delivered by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
2. Address specific needs and injuries
3. Utilise pilates equipment including cadillac, pedal chair and reformers
4. Up to 4 participants per class

Our classes are suitable for all ages, and our experienced instructors can adapt exercises to match your individual needs and abilities.

Cost:

Reformer: $35 per class/visit
Mat: $27 per class/visit
Clinical: $55 per class/visit

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Individuals who are unable to mobilise independently e.g. someone assists them to walk or stand
Individuals who are unable to get on and off the floor independently

Special requirements or conditions:
