Program details

Come and enjoy a fabulous dance fitness program for older adults! Performed at a low intensity with accessible modifications, this is a fun and social class, great for the mind AND body.

Classes begin with a warm up, followed by a cardio workout to inspiring Latin and world music. Additional time focuses on toning and balance, finishing with a cool down and stretch.

Opening hours:

Thursdays

9:30am to 10:30am

Classes run weekly from 12 February to 2 April 2026.

Cost:

$15 per class
$130 for 10 classes

Target age:

60 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants should be able to walk unassisted to get the full benefits of this class.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please wear comfortable clothes, enclosed footwear, and a smile!
A water bottle and towel are recommended.
