Program details

Our Reconditioning Classes are targeted at improving cardiovascular fitness, balance and functional strength in order to minimise falls, improve outcomes for ageing well and maximise output for our clients.

Group classes offer a supportive way to access high-quality rehabilitation at our fully equipped clinics, run by our expert therapy team.

Each class runs between 45 - 60 minutes.

Opening hours:

Twice per day at approximately 10:30am and 2:30pm.

Our classes do not run on Public Holidays.

$40 per class

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

People requiring additional one-on-one support would not be suitable for this class

Special requirements or conditions:

Good supportive footwear and water bottle.
