SAVVY Seniors is designed exclusively for those over 60. With a comprehensive approach to fitness and well-being, we empower people to reclaim their vitality, boost their energy levels, and experience newfound strength.

Our program is tailored specifically for the unique needs and abilities of seniors. Led by experienced and qualified health professionals, we combine a variety of programs that promote flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.

Classes available include:

Strength: Build muscle mass, enhance overall strength and promote better mobility and independence. 

Stretch: Focus on improving flexibility and joint mobility, enhancing overall comfort and ease of movement in daily life. These gentle, guided sessions will significantly help reduce the risk of injury.

Reformers pilates: Reformer Pilates classes offer gentle yet effective exercises using specialised equipment to improve posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. 

Cardio: This class provides a low-impact and heart-healthy way for older adults to boost their cardiovascular fitness and energy levels.

Cycle: Cycle classes are a low-impact option for older adults to improve cardiovascular health and stamina through stationary cycling. 

Balance: Challenge your mind and body with a fun interactive workout that aims to stimulate your memory, focus and problem solving through functional movement.

Strength

  • Mondays - 1:15pm
  • Tuesdays - 8:00am
  • Wednesdays - 11:15am
  • Thursdays - 8:00am and 1:15pm
  • Fridays - 11:15am

Stretch

  • Mondays - 11:15am
  • Wednesdays - 8:00am

Reformers pilates

  • Tuesdays - 1:15pm and 2:15pm
  • Thursdays - 11:15am
  • Fridays - 8:00am and 2:15pm

Cardio

  • Mondays 8:00am

Cycle

  • Tuesdays - 11:15am

Cost:

$29 per week with over 4 classes offered per day as well as clinical classes.
