Join us for a low-impact Pilates class designed especially for older adults looking to improve their strength, flexibility, posture, and balance in a safe and supportive environment.

Led by an experienced instructor, each class focuses on controlled movements, core stability, and gentle stretching. Exercises are adapted to suit all fitness levels, with options to use chairs or other supports as needed. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning after a break, this class offers a welcoming and inclusive space to move at your own pace.

Classes run during school terms only.

Cost:

$65.00 per term

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, supportive footwear and clothing suitable for movement and outdoor conditions. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. For Pilates classes, participants should bring their own mat and any personal equipment such as resistance bands if preferred. Its recommended to arrive a few minutes early for warm-up and notify the instructor of any medical conditions or concerns before starting.

Special directions:

The venue is located at 9 Townsend Lane, Arncliffe. Parking is readily available on-street along Townsend Lane and nearby side streets. Participants arriving by public transport can alight at the Arncliffe train station and walk east along Wollongong Road for approximately 8 minutes to reach the venue. Please use the rear access door marked with the Pilates sign for entry. If you have any trouble finding the location, feel free to contact the instructor ahead of time.
