Join Woollahra Life! for a 9-week Qigong program designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines gentle movements, breath control, and meditation to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve energy flow.

This inclusive and welcoming class is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience is needed, just bring a water bottle and a towel!

Participants should arrive a few minutes early so the class can start on time and bring their own water bottle.

Special directions:

Parking is available at the Cosmopolitan Centre in Double Bay - the first hour is free, and the second hour is $5.70. You can access the room directly from the parking level, or via Bay Street through the glass door next to Michaels Café, then head upstairs.
