The Dodgy Knee class is designed to support those living with hip and knee osteoarthritis using evidence based exercises to help reduce pain, build strength, and improve your ability to move confidently.
Whether you're managing a chronic hip or knee condition, recovering from, or preparing for, surgery, or you simply want to stay active for longer, this class provides expert guidance in a welcoming group environment.
