Program details
Each participant completes an assessment and receives an individualised exercise program tailored to their needs. They then attend a one‑hour session to complete their program under the guidance of an Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist.
Opening hours:
- Mondays, 2:15pm - 3:15pm, excluding Public Holidays
Cost:
$25 per class
Target age:
50 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
Inclusion suitability is gauged following an initial assessment. Not suitable for those with cognitive impairment or those at a high falls risk.
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants should bring a towel.
