Program details
Liverpool Seniors Well-being and Social Group is a FREE weekly club.
The sessions include light exercise, walking football, chair yoga and meditation.
Free self-serve tea and coffee is provided afterwards. Please bring a Keep Cup and you are welcome to bring snacks to share if you wish.
This program is delivered by Collective Leisure, a certified social enterprise, in partnership with Liverpool City Council, South Western Sydney Local Health District.
The program aims to reduce social isolation and improve well-being for over-65s and over-50s from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds in the Liverpool LGA.
The program won the 2025 Healthy Ageing Category at the Inaugural NSW Health Promotion Awards.
Opening hours:
The sessions are run weekly on:
- Tuesdays. Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am -11:45am during school term.

Accredited Yoga Instructor
Exercise Physiologist
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
