Program details

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that can improve balance and is easy for any level of fitness. Tai Chi is an excellent exercise option for older adults.

Led by a trained volunteer, this class is an advanced class, so ideal for those who already know Tai Chi for Arthritis form.

Please check with your GP if you have any health conditions including recently diagnosed or long term circulatory, musculoskeletal or respiratory problems/conditions

Wear comfortable clothing, flat enclosed shoes and bring a water bottle
