The Man Walk provides an opportunity for men to get together to walk, talk and support each other in a regular and healthy way.
The Man Walk provides an environment that is positive, supportive and inclusive, where there is no pressure and no barriers to entry.
Just an opportunity to walk, talk and support! We want to make it ok to talk, and we want to make it ok for men to ask for help if they need it.
Opening hours:
- Start: Kids Playground, Rotary Park, Goulburn Weir - Fitzroy St, Goulburn.
- Time/Day: 6:00 am, Tuesdays | 6:00 pm, Wednesdays

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
The group is designed for men 18+ it is a place where they can talk to other men and form friendships. The group walks at the pace of the slowest walker and all levels of fitness and mobility are welcome.

Special directions:
The carpark at the weir next to Gehls Garden Centre is the starting point for the walk, and we walk along the river pathway approximately 4km. There is no need to be able to complete the full 4km walk.
