Opening hours:

We have classes that run from Monday to Saturday - classes start every 20-30 min from:

• Monday: 6:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm
• Tuesday: 6:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-3:00pm
• Thursday: 6:00am-12:00pm,  1:00pm-5:00pm
• Friday: 6:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-3:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am-9:00am, 10:00am-11:00am

Cost:

$20 per class for pensioners
$23 per class for non-pensioners

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

We have small group classes of 4-5 for those with higher needs which are $40.00 per class.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please bring a towel and water bottle.
