Program details

Clinicial Exercise classes at Cherrybrook Physio are Pilates based/informed. Run by a qualified Physiotherapist, they are easily able to be adjusted and changed for various levels of skills and cater for most injuries/restrictions. We recommend if you have a complex health history or multiple injuries that you have a physiotherapy consult before commencing the program.

Classes last approx. 50mins duration with no more than 10 people per class. Bookings are essential.

Whilst open to all ages, most of our participants are over 50. Classes include a variety of Pilates Matwork exercises and use small Pilates equipment to target strength, core stability, balance and flexibility.

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Participants should be able to get up off the floor without assistance.
It is not suitable for those with dementia, using walking aids, or multiple complex injuries.
If unsure an individual assessment with a physiotherapist is recommended before joining the program.

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. It is preferred to bring your own mat if possible, however there are mats available if you don't have your own.
