Program details
A clinical exercise session is an individualised and tailored program to help recover from an injury, achieve your health goals, and prevent injury. The sessions can be personalised to address any musculoskeletal issues across the life span. They can also be used as part of your rehabilitation post injury or surgery.
The classes use different equipment including the reformer, trapeze table, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and floor-based exercises.
