Clinical Rehab Classes are ideal for those:

• Recovering from injury
• Managing pain from osteoarthritis
• Needing weight-bearing exercise for osteoporosis
• With prescribed rehabilitation programs requiring supervision, progression or gym access
• Working on injury prevention.

• Tuesday 11:00am
• Wednesday 7:30am
• Thursday 11:00am
• Friday 4:00pm

Cost:

$45/session for the first 5 sessions
$52/session thereafter

Target age:

50 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants need to have an initial assessment if not currently attending the clinic for treatment

Minimum experience:

Beginner

Leader qualifications:
