These Zumba classes are designed with the more mature mover in mind. All the fun, music and energy of a Zumba class, just a little more mellow.

And as a bonus you'll take away a bunch of cool solo dance moves to let loose on the dancefloor!

Cost:

$10 per 30-minute class.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Classes are unsuitable for those with dementia or cognitive impairment, post-surgery, those with walking aids or who cannot stand unaided.

Special requirements or conditions:

Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and gym-type shoes.
No thongs/flip-flops, sandals or heels.

Minimum experience:
