Program details
A free program run by NSW Health phyios, weekly, from Wednesdays 10am- 11am.
The program is designed for people at risk of falls, as it is specially designed to have exercises at differing levels that work on reducing the likelihood of falls.
Call the central intake number to answer the screening questions to make sure your physical needs are a good fit for the class.
Once you have been screened for falls risk level, your referral is accepted, then you can participate in the class. You will be advised by the physio how many weeks you should do the classes for, based on your individual needs.
