Program details
Gyms in Parks Program is a free 7 week fitness program for Fairfield City residents.
Our qualified trainers take you through a series of exercises at one of our local parks, using the outdoor gym equipment.
Whether you're looking to improve strength, fitness or just get moving, Gyms in Parks is a great way to stay active.
Conditions apply:
- Must be a Fairfield City LGA resident

- Term 2, 2026, 12 May - 25 June
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30am - 10:30am
- Deerbush Park, Prairewood

Special requirements or conditions:
Bring hat, towel/ gym mat, sunscreen and water
Wear comfortable exercise clothes and sneakers
Minimum experience:
Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Exercise Scientist
Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
