Program details

If you want to build strength, flexibility and inner calm and keep them through your 50s, 60s and beyond, my gentle yoga classes were created with you in mind.

As we age, our bodies don't always function as well as they used to. I started AgeWell Yoga so you can be confident in your physical abilities and feel grounded as you age.

Classes are held in a caring and supportive environment. I provide detailed instructions of the poses and options, so you can work within your range, wherever you are, on any given day.
