Program details
Discover the calming and restorative benefits of Tai Chi.
An ancient Chinese practice centred on slow, flowing movements that nurture balance, flexibility, and inner harmony.
Widely recognised for its many health benefits, Tai Chi can help reduce stress, improve posture, and support mobility - particularly for those managing arthritis or joint stiffness.
Each session also incorporates Health Qigong exercises, designed to gently strengthen the body, support the immune system, and enhance overall vitality.
This class is especially well suited to seniors, offering a low-impact, supportive way to stay active, improve balance and coordination, and maintain independence, all within a relaxed and welcoming environment.
