Our classes are aimed at those looking for a gentler Pilates experience.

Overtime you will feel stronger, and more flexible, helping you move towards long term wellness.

Opening hours:

• Pilates with Jo Wolfgarten on Thursdays - 9.45am to 10.45am
• Pilates with Jeanette Lasek on Fridays - 10.30am to 11.15am

Cost:

9 week program - $200 full fee or $190 with seniors discount.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

These are floor based mat work classes, you will need to be able to get on and up from the floor and follow verbal and visual instructions.
If you have any concerns about attending these classes, please check with your GP/Health care specialist before enrolling.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please bring a thick Pilates mat, water bottle and towel with you. Wear flexible clothing and Pilates socks are recommended.
