Aquafit is a low-impact workout for all ages, held in an indoor heated pool.

Aquafit is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers

Using water resistance and equipment, Aquafit helps you to:

• improve your health
• make friends.

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV
