Program details

45 minute Reformer Pilates to help build strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility.

With a maximum of 8 beds, all classes are intimate and all client levels can be catered to.

Opening hours:

  • Monday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 10:30am, 5pm, 6pm
  • Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm
  • Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 10:30am, 5pm, 6pm
  • Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm
  • Friday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 10:30am, 5pm, 6pm
  • Saturday: 6:30am

*all classes run for 45 minutes

Cost:

Class packs vary. Discounts of 20% apply for anyone referred through Active and Healthy.

Target age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Any clients with cognitive impairment, dementia, directly after surgery or have mobility issues (studio is located up stairs and classes require ability to use Reformer machine).

Special requirements or conditions:

Participants should wear activewear (nothing baggy to avoid getting caught in the machine).
Please bring water bottles and grippy socks (these are also sold at the studio).

Leader qualifications:

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III

Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV

Parking available inside property. Please look for parking spots labelled with 'Core Lab Pilates'. Otherwise street parking available on Crescent Street.
