People living with Diabetes who want to improve & better manage their health

How to join?

• Book a GP Appointment
• Ask your GP to complete a Diabetes Referral Form
• Book in for an Initial Assessment at P1 Physiotherapy
• Start your group classes

Target age:

50 Plus

Languages spoken other than English:

Punjabi, Hindi & Urdu

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

- Participants who have not been cleared from their GP to exercise.
- Participants who are not suitable for Group Exercise Classes.
- Participants who are not Diabetic.

Special requirements or conditions:

- Participants to bring their own towel & water bottle.
- Participants to bring a notebook or diary to track their weights & reps on their exercises.
- Wear comfortable exercise clothing & closed footwear.
