Exercise and Education for Healthy Ageing
Stepping into Longevity is an 8-week falls prevention and healthy ageing education program designed to keep you healthy, happy, and staying on your feet!
Our classes are safe, fun, and tailored to your needs and medical history.
Exercise Class Structure
The 1-hour class is delivered by a university-educated Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
45 minutes are dedicated to exercise, including a variety of reflex exercises, resistance training, and balance challenges.
The final 15 minutes include structured health educational topics alongside the cool-down phase.
Classes run weekly with a maximum of 8 people.

Opening hours:
- Weekly on Tuesdays from 10am to 11am.
Cost:
A complimentary initial consultation with medical pre-exercise screening is provided. Use of a Medicare EPC referral is highly recommended and will be bulk billed for the initial consultation.
$30 per class ($240 total) - A small gap payment is available for those with a private health fund (Item code is 502).
The entire program is discounted if you provide an upfront payment of $200 for all 8 sessions.
Target age:
60 Plus, 65 Plus
Participants who would not be suitable for the program:
People with dementia or cognitive impairment, unmanaged heart conditions, or those who are unable to access stairs.
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants must complete a medical pre-screening questionnaire (available online) and attend a Free Orientation session prior to commencing the program.
