Opening hours:
- Tuesdays at 11:00am, Group Fitness for 50+ Beginners.
- Fridays at 9:00am, Stretch and Mobility.
Cost:
$15 per session.
Target age:
50 Plus
Special requirements or conditions:
Participants should wear enclosed footwear and bring a towel and water bottle.
Minimum experience:
Beginner
Leader qualifications:
Fitness Leader - Accredited
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert III
Fitness Leader - Registered Cert IV

BODYROCK Fitness is located at 5 Think Road, Townsend NSW. Townsend is the Industrial Estate of Maclean. To get here just follow Jubilee Street and take either Paperbark Drive or Re Road turnoffs as they both meet at Think Road. Big Blue building that you simply can't miss.
