Program Details

warm up, aerobic/cardio workout to focus on improving speed of movement & reaction times, strengthen major muscle groups using hand weights or exercise bands, balance exercises followed by stretching to improve flexibility & range of motion.

Opening Hours:

Friday 10.30 amĀ  during school terms - Bookings are essential

SHARE offers a FREE Trial class if you would like to come along & 'try it out' to see if the class is suitable for you.

Cost:

$120 per term/program

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Any high risk clients that may not suit a group setting, such as Dementia/cognitive impairment, post-surgery or those with walking aids.

Special requirements or conditions:

Comfortable clothing & suitable footwear, a water bottle.

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader (Cert 4 Accredited or Registered)
