Program Details

The Medium Pace class is a faster workout for fitter people in deeper water that aims to improve fitness. 

These classes are held in Ravenswood School for Girls pool.

$120.00 per term/program

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Not suitable for those with a cognitive impairment or those with walking aids.

Special requirements or conditions:

Bring a towel and water.

Beginner

Fitness Leader - Accredited

Enter through the gates on Henry Street and follow the path right then left around the building towards the gym/pool.
