Program Details

Wise Warriors is a Karate class with no fighting or throwing partners. 

It is an ongoing program covering the following areas:

•   Theme grounding and centering for balance while moving
•  Grounding and centering through breath
• Grounding and centering through relaxation
•  Grounding and centering through empowerment and physical strength
•  Empowerment through strength and balance
•  Empowerment through connection
• Empowerment through voice
•  Empowerment through intuition
•  Empowerment through awareness
•  Power

Friday, 11am -12 noon

Cost:

$21 with $100 one off member registration. per class/visit

Target Age:

55 Plus

Special requirements or conditions:

Train in bare feet.
