Program Details
This class increases your flexibility and help achieve calmness. The exercises incorporate moves that focus on balance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
Opening Hours:
Fridays 12pm- 1pm
Tai Chi is run during school terms.

$4.90 (Card only) per class/visit
