This Tai Chi class is appropriate for beginners or experienced individuals.

Opening Hours:

The Ettalong 50+ Leisure and Learning Centre opens from 8.30-4.00pm Monday - Friday except on public holidays..

$2.00 per class/visit

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Those that are a falls risk should use a chair only.

Special requirements or conditions:

Please bring a drink bottle.
