Program Details

The aim of this class is to improve agility, muscle/bone strength and balance. These exercises typically use the whole body (i.e., multiple muscles) and your body's weight to challenge resistance.

Participants can choose to bring their own exercise bands and small hand/ankle weights.

$120 per term/program

Target Age:

50 Plus

Participants who would not be suitable for the program:

Not suitable for those with a cognitive impairment or use walking aids.

Special requirements or conditions:

Minimum Experience:

Beginner

Leader Qualifications

Fitness Leader - Accredited
